Through the uncertainties and fears of the past year, our nest has continued to nurture and support families with young children in our community. We have received a lot of encouragement from all of our students and educators and our family is now ready to welcome a few more of you.
Le Nid des Talents is starting a new Dalcroze Eurhythmics group to accompany young children on their first steps into music. Eurhythmics guides students to discover music by themselves, through the body and the senses, training the ears to listen and the body to respond. With experience, this physical and aural training develops the musicality and creativity of the student and becomes embodied musical knowledge which can be directly applied to the study of an instrument. What? The course is a first experience of music through the body and the senses, our very first musical instruments.
Who? The lessons are aimed at children aged between 2 and 4 years old, accompanied by a parent.
When? Sessions last 45′ and run @16.15 on the following Wednesdays: 28 April, 12 May, 2-16-30 June 2021.
Where? Centre Culturel Altrimenti, 5 avenue Marie-Thérèse, L-2132 Luxembourg.
Cost? 75€ for the entire course, payable in advance.
